Clarity. Fairness. Responsiveness.
At Clear Path Workplace Advisory, our work is grounded in a simple belief: school leadership is demanding, and no principal should have to navigate complex people matters alone.
Clear Path provides independent, practical support to school principals managing complex complaints, workplace concerns, and high-risk people matters. Founded by Paul Atlee and Jon Neall, the practice draws on extensive experience across the education sector, including school leadership, complaints and performance management, investigative processes, HR practice, and leadership development.
Having worked in both school and departmental leadership roles, we understand the realities of the job — the pace, the competing pressures, and the weight of decisions that affect staff, students, and community trust. Through Clear Path, we offer principals a calm, independent sounding board when workplace concerns arise, helping bring clear thinking, fair process, and measured judgement to situations that are often complex and time-critical.
“Clear is Kind.”
— Brené BrownSometimes that support is a quick conversation to test your thinking. Sometimes it involves more structured assistance with process, documentation, or preparing for difficult discussions. Often, it is simply having someone experienced to talk things through with when the stakes feel high.
We aim to be practical, discreet, and grounded in real-world education leadership experience. Above all, we work in a way that respects your professional judgement and supports the integrity of your school.
If a situation ever feels complex or uncertain, we are always happy to have an initial obligation-free conversation.
