Positive Performance Leadership Program

The Positive Performance Leadership Program builds the capability and confidence of school leaders to manage staff performance through supportive, evidence-based informal approaches. It reframes performance management as a core element of instructional leadership — focused on growth, fairness, and student impact rather than discipline.

Tiered program packages are available, allowing schools to engage at a level that suits their needs, from core program delivery through to extended advisory and leadership partnership support.

Confidence, Fairness & Defensibility Program

Builds leadership capability to strengthen the capacity of school leadership teams to manage local complaint processes fairly, calmly, and defensibly — in alignment with Teaching Service Guidelines and contemporary procedural fairness standards.

Includes full two day learning program (with options to deliver on a modular basis), negotiable implementation and follow up support.

Performance Culture Development

A practical, leadership-focused program that helps schools build a clear, consistent and supportive performance culture. Through confidential diagnostics, principal debriefing and a structured leadership workshop, we translate insight into focused, achievable action. Core Advisory Retainer

The Core Retainer provides the Client with retained access to Clear Path Workplace Advisory for emerging staff performance and conduct matters. Suitable for Principals seeking occasional expert guidance.

Services may include:

  • up to two scheduled advisory consultations per month

  • email advisory guidance where appropriate

  • access to relevant professional frameworks and templates

  • discussion of emerging workplace concerns or leadership responses.

Outcome focus:
Providing timely advisory input to support sound leadership judgement and early intervention.

Leadership Advisory Retainer

The Leadership Retainer Provides expanded advisory access and documentation guidance for leaders managing complex workplace issues. Especially suitable for schools managing more complex or recurring matters

Services may include:

  • up to four scheduled advisory consultations per month

  • priority consultation scheduling where possible

  • documentation review and advisory feedback

  • access to advisory frameworks and leadership resources.

Strategic Advisory Retainer

The Strategic Advisory Retainer provides extended advisory access and strategic leadership consultation for complex or high-risk matters.

Services may include:

  • up to six scheduled advisory consultations per month

  • strategic advisory discussions relating to complex employee issues

  • leadership coaching conversations and documentation guidance.
